Position: Master Masonry & Concrete Foreman
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday
What we do:
Father and Son Masonry Inc. offers residential and commercial new installation of high-quality structural masonry and concrete foundation services. Demo and hauling, removing and replacing (R&R), and reinforcing existing structural masonry is what we do best. This role involves supervising crews, coordinating with GC’s, and maintaining safety and compliance on both residential and commercial job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise masonry and concrete crews on residential and commercial projects
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
-Coordinate daily activities, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity
-Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and inspectors
-Ensure proper use and care of company tools, equipment, and materials
-Track progress and report job status
-Train, mentor, and motivate crew members
-Identify and solve on-site issues to keep projects moving smoothly
Job Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years of verifiable masonry & concrete experience, both hands-on and in a Foreman role
-Experience in both commercial & residential masonry
-Able to read blueprints and interpret construction plans and specifications
-Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry practices
-OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
-Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
-Must have necessary tools based on position applying for
-Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position.
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
