Marrs Paving is growing and hiring experienced crew members to join our team in the Phoenix area. We are currently looking for:
1. Paving Machine Operator
Responsibilities:
Operate asphalt paving machines safely and efficiently
Maintain smooth and consistent mat quality
Work closely with crew and foreman to meet production goals
Requirements:
Proven experience on commercial or residential paving crews
Strong understanding of paving procedures and equipment safety
Team player with a solid work ethic
2. Asphalt Raker
Responsibilities:
Spread, level, and smooth asphalt using rakes and shovels
Ensure finish work is clean and meets grade
Support paving crew in setup and breakdown tasks
Requirements:
Prior experience with asphalt raking on paving crews
Attention to detail and surface quality
Reliable and able to work outdoors in Arizona heat
