We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, including experience with both residential and commercial projects. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Perform pipe threading and ensure proper fitting of pipes.
Conduct remodeling projects that involve plumbing work.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters and HVAC technicians on construction plumbing projects.
Handle heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
Proficiency in pipe threading, construction plumbing, and remodeling techniques.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in plumbing tasks.
Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
Valid commercial driving license is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
A maintenance person background is advantageous but not required.
