Residential Plumbing Contractor General Plumbing is in the east valley and is looking for an experienced plumbing superintendent In just 2 phases of plumbing. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who will excel in this position. As the superintendent you will be the company’s on-site representative managing plumbing projects from top out / trim stage ( 2nd phase is topout & the 3rd phase is trim which is installing toilets ,tubs & showers, faucets and shower fixtures.) Position Requirements:
Ability to multi-task and lead in a professional manner
Can do attitude and team player A MUST
Experience managing plumbing projects
Proven ability to work independently, manage contractors and maintain schedules
Proficient understanding of blueprints and specifications
Valid drivers license that has a clean record for at least 5 years
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH AN ACCEPTABLE DRIVING RECORD
