We are searching for a Full-Time PM Maintenance Engineer/Houseman who will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical areas of the club facility and grounds to ensure operation at top efficiency and ensuring the club facilities and grounds are always neat, clean, and presentable. This would be a perfect position for someone who enjoys active work environment and is able to work well both independently and corporately.

Qualifications to join our team as AM Maintenance Engineer:
HVAC is a plus or other mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc. certifications/licenses
Must have previous experience working as a maintenance engineer or a similar role
Knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines, plumbing, HVAC systems, refrigeration and high-pressure misting systems, electrical and carpentry skills required
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Valid driver's license required
Proficiency in Microsoft office and google drive is a plus, but we are will provide you with the training you need as well!
Range of Pay:
Based on candidate experience
Schedule:
Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, holidays as necessary
Will work primarily evening shifts; overtime as needed
PM shift will mostly be around the hours of 2pm-10pm
