WHAT WE WILL GIVE TO YOU:
We will instill in you a general knowledge of swimming pool maintenance; including handling of chemicals, maintaining water clarity, cleaning, and doing minor repairs. All you need is to be coachable and teachable, have an attention to detail, and to understand the wonderful feeling of a job “well done”. We will teach you how to be the best possible pool cleaner. You will hold your head high as you become a skilled, knowledgeable Pool Service Technician.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
You MUST have a reliable TRUCK – SUV’s can be used but the chemicals carried will damage the interior. Trailers and hitch racks will work
Proof of Insurance
Current Arizona Driver’s License
Please be Dependable, Timely, Reliable and DETAIL ORIENTED
Positive Attitude
Ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision
Good communication skills; have the ability to speak PROFESSIONALLY with customers
Enjoy getting an early start so you can capture the worm
Ability to work in the Arizona summer heat though most technicians have their routes completed by 2 pm (After all, you have to keep up with Oprah!)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

$40,000+ year full-time. Highest Compensation in the Industry
