Need Detailed Person to perform Occupied and Non Occupied Viewings of Rental Properties Valley wide.
You will be Visiting residential properties to conduct comprehensive compliance inspections and evaluate residential rental properties for any deferred Maintenance and Tenant Violations .
You would be Scheduling your In-home visits with the Tenant .
You would be then be preparing your inspections report. and submitting it remotely.
Average Time for each Occupied Inspection is Less than One Hour
This can be a part timeor full time but is an independent Position as you set you own hours.
You set the Appointment with the Tenant
You meet at the Property
You take pictures using our 360 degree Camera
You write your report
You submit your Findings
You get Paid.
COMPUTER SKILLS ARE A MUST
Good TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST
This can be a FULL TIME OR PART TIME POSITION
CONTRACT PAYS
$50 Per Property Inspected,
