We are a local, family-owned full-service general contractor, specializing in flips and rehabs. We are located in Tempe, but we service the entire Phoenix Metro area. We are looking for experienced, full-time remodelers to join our team. This is a permanent, non-seasonal, long term position. Please do not apply if:

- You cannot work well with others on a jobsite

To be considered, you must be competent in all areas of your particular trade set, and you MUST have experience in flips, and projects from start to finish. Please be mindful of this when applying.
MUST be competent in:
- Demo
- Drywall (mostly knockdown, orange peel, and skip trowel)
- Painting
- Baseboards
- LVP flooring
- Cabinetry
HUGE PLUS if you are competent in:
- Tile
- Plumbing
- Electrical

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Minimum 2 years service experience
- Clean criminal history and clean driving record
