Known for our excellence in HVAC, plumbing, and drains, we are now seeking a skilled Electrical Installer to help us bring safe, efficient, and reliable electrical solutions to our residential and light commercial clients across the Valley.
Position Overview
The Electrical Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems with precision and safety. This role requires hands-on fieldwork, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering five-star service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, panels, and lighting fixtures according to code.
Perform electrical upgrades, remodels, and new installations in residential and light commercial properties.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify repair or replacement needs.
Ensure all installations comply with NEC (National Electrical Code), local codes, and safety standards.
Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams on cross-trade projects.
Operate tools, meters, and testing equipment with accuracy.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with customers, explain findings, and present repair or upgrade options.
Complete required documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory tracking.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of electrical installation experience (residential experience preferred).
Working knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards.
Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Must have own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Electrical license or apprentice registration in Arizona a plus.
