Etico Stucco, LLC is a stucco installation construction company in need of an experienced, self-motivated Residential Production House Painting Estimator for residential and commercial field operations.
Responsibilities:
Estimate Preparation: Create accurate and detailed estimates for residential painting projects based on client requirements, project scope, and materials needed.
Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits as needed to assess the condition of properties, measure areas to be painted, and evaluate any necessary repairs.
Cost Analysis: Calculate labor, material, and equipment costs, factoring in variables such as surface preparation, number of coats, and paint type
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Proposal Development: Prepare professional proposals that outline the scope of work, pricing, and project timeline.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, painters, and other team members to ensure accurate project execution.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in production residential painting estimation.
Knowledge: Familiarity with different paint types, surface preparation techniques, and industry standards.
Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze project requirements meticulously.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Software Proficiency: Comfortable using estimating software and Excel spreadsheets.
Compensation:
$30.00 - $40.00/hour compensation based on experience.

Discretionary bonuses are based upon performance.
