Job Details:
- Position: Roof Inspector
- Location: Various locations (daily inspections)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Compensation: $500 per week + 10% commission (Average weekly earnings of $1,500+)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily roof inspections using our company app
- Take detailed pictures of roof issues and document findings
- Identify roofing issues such as leaks, damage, and wear
- Travel to various inspection sites with your own vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service while explaining inspection results to homeowners
Requirements:
- Must have your own vehicle and ladders
- Basic roofing knowledge is required (familiarity with roof materials, damage signs, etc.)
- Ability to safely climb and inspect roofs
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
What We Offer:
- Guaranteed $500 weekly base pay
- 10% commission on all jobs (average estimators earn $1,500+ weekly)
