Salary: $72,800 per year (W-2 employee)
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in roofing
Leadership Required: Strong knowledge and ability to run crews, manage production, maintain quality, and ensure safety
Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable, hands-on foreman who can confidently run a crew on residential and light commercial roofing projects. This role requires someone who can balance production efficiency with top-tier workmanship. You must be capable of directing crews, communicating clearly with team members and customers, and ensuring every job is completed to Crestwood’s quality standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a roofing crew on all phases of roofing projects
Maintain safe, clean, organized job sites
Ensure high-quality installation of roofing systems (tile, shingle, flat, foam, etc.)
Coordinate daily tasks, set production goals, and keep projects on schedule
Communicate with office, customers, inspectors, and suppliers
Verify materials, measure production, and complete daily job reports
Train and mentor crew members
Uphold Crestwood’s workmanship standards and professionalism
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of professional roofing experience
Proven ability to run a crew independently
Strong understanding of underlayment, tile stacking, shingle installation, flat roof systems, flashing, and safety practices
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical labor in Arizona weather
Must be dependable, organized, and able to lead by example
