Responsibilities:
Sand and prep custom cabinetry components to meet high-quality standards.
Operate hand and power sanding tools efficiently and safely.
Inspect surfaces for imperfections and ensure a smooth finish.
Work with the finishing team to prepare pieces for staining, painting, or sealing.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sanding, woodworking, or a related field is required.
