This is 100% commission based role for a small residential service plumbing company where profits will be split 50/50.
What I'm looking for
I'm looking for a seasoned sales plumber who is a Great Plumber and amazing salesman. You will be expected to arrive to jobs and quickly diagnose, communicate problem, sell service and make repair in timely manner. I need you to go to most all jobs initially and sell the job for a good amount. I'm a lousy salesman and worry to much about the customers budget.
Who I am
I own a small business focusing on service plumbing. We have always been profitable and make a good living. I am looking for a partner, not an employee to come aboard and share the work load.
I am a hell of a plumber but lack in sales skills.
I have all the tools to complete any plumbing job. Trailer mounted hydro jetter for drain cleaning and restaurant drains. Kubota mini excavator for clean out sales, sewer replacements and water service lines. I have a large 3 bay garage shop that acts as a warehouse for parts and tools. I have 3 service vehicles for us to use.
I'm a great communicator, highly charismatic, and I will assist you in any way I can at your discretion so you will not be alone. I can break down technical concepts in an easy to understand way for clients during the sales process, so an expert level of technical knowledge is not required. I'll follow your lead on these efforts but everything sales will be your baby.
About you
You are an experienced plumber and salesman who can arrive to any plumbing issue and correctly identify issues and present the close and sale the job.
Ideally you'll be located in North Phoenix or Glendale as my shop is i17 and happy valley area.
I don't care about age, race, degrees, what your drug of choice is (mine is a doobie at night and Dr pepper) as long as your easy to talk to, work with and can represent our business well both online and in-person.
I am looking for someone who can work full time but will not be tracking hours or anything like that. An experienced sales professional will already know that the more time and effort we put in, the higher the chance for success and bigger pay checks.
