Service Manager, Pool equipment, installation, and repair

As the Service Manager for our pool construction company, your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers receive top-quality service and support. You will be responsible for the effective management of all post-construction service activities, including warranty claims, equipment inspections, and maintenance. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong knowledge of pool equipment and maintenance procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a proven record in customer service and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all warranty claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution for our customers.

Repair pool pumps, filters, plumbing, electrical & automation

Conduct thorough pool equipment inspections and installations, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Schedule and oversee crews for revisits, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Perform acid wash and chem start services, as well as pool draining, with attention to detail and safety.

Resolve customer conflicts and issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations in the pool industry.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pool equipment/service role, preferably in the construction or maintenance industry.

Strong understanding of pool equipment, chemicals, and maintenance procedures.

Proven track record in conflict resolution and customer service.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage projects and schedule effectively.

Knowledge of safety regulations related to pool construction and maintenance.

Experience with warranty claims is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
