Key Requirements:
Journeyman:
Valid Driver License and reliable transportation
1-5+ years of verifiable experience in the trade
Strong knowledge of codes, regulations, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Proficient with trade-specific tools and equipment
Solid understanding of job site safety protocols and PPE use
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to mentor apprentices
Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, with some overtime
Qualifications:
4–5+ years in commercial/industrial sheet metal or HVAC field operations
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
Apprentice:
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Valid Driver License
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, with some overtime
Qualifications:
Entry-level to 3 years in commercial/industrial sheet metal or HVAC field operations
