Busy Construction Company Is Currently looking for a part or full time well rounded handyman that doesn't mind doing small jobs (maintenance type of work) throughout Phoenix Area . This job would consist of light construction and maintence work, going to the dump and driving to pick up and drop off material to the job sites.
Must have a valid drivers liciense and good driving skills
Must have experience in driving a truck and trailer
Experience is a MUST!
Must know how to shop at home depot and other hardware stores
Must be creative and think outside the box
Must do very clean work
Must have own truck .
Must have own tools.
Must have great communication skills (must follow-up after each job and contact office if there are any issues)
Must know basic plumbing and light electrical
Must know how to do drywall repairs the right way
Must have carpentry skills
Must have good painting skills
Commercial experience a plus
Must be clean cut and drama free with good work ethics
The candidate must have all the tools necessary to do general customer service in homeowners houses. They must know how to be polite, clean and thorough. Drywall, painting, installing baseboard etc.
