Solforce Solutions is looking for individuals to join our craft labor apprenticeship program for an upcoming solar project outside of Phoneix. No solar experience necessary. Individuals will be performing racking and module installation on ground mounted solar systems. Initial project is near Phoenix AZ, after this project participants would need to be willing to travel out of state for other prevailing wage projects. Participants will get free training/schooling, long term job assignments, and excellent pay. Participants would need to be willing to do roughly 3 hours of online training/week. Pay for AZ project is 23.83. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to get in the trade and make a career.
