Overview
Please do not apply unless you have 2 years or more of swimming pool repair experience. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of swimming pools, ensuring they are safe and enjoyable for our clients. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently in various outdoor environments.
Duties
Commercial swimming pool start-ups
Troubleshoot and repair heaters, pumps, pool lights, blowers
Must have plumbing skills
Must be willing to do sand changes, acids washes, tile cleans, shotcrete clean out and prep
Leak repairs
Set up / programming of automation and chlorinators
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for equipment repairs and maintenance tasks.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their pool needs and addressing any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory of supplies used.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working on-site.
Skills
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for maintenance tasks.
Experience in pool cleaning and maintenance practices.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment effectively.
Ability to work independently as a service technician while managing time efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all tasks performed.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
