We are looking for a reliable Tool Repair Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fixing small - large tools. This is a part-time position. You will be working 2-3 days a week.
Tool Maintenance & Repair:
Saws
Jump Jacks
Drills
Oil Change on tools
Welding
Jumping Jack Compactor
Requirements:
Basic tool knowledge – Understand how common hand and power tools work.
Mechanical skills – Able to take apart and reassemble tools safely and correctly.
Troubleshooting ability – Identify what’s wrong with a tool and figure out how to fix it.
Basic electrical understanding – Comfortable working with electric tools and identifying simple electrical issues.
Use of repair tools – Know how to use screwdrivers, testers, pliers, wrenches, and other small repair tools.
Safety focused – Follows all safety rules and wears proper protective gear (gloves, safety glasses, etc.).
Dependable and responsible – Shows up on time, completes assigned tasks, and keeps tools organized.
Must be able to lift 30-50lbs. Must be able to handle larger tools and equipment when needed.
Communication skills – Can clearly explain repair issues or needs to supervisors or team members.
Previous experience (preferred) – Must have experience tool repair.
