Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofer with strong expertise in metal roofing systems and sheet metal work. The ideal candidate will be capable of installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of commercial roofing systems with an emphasis on metal fabrication and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and repair metal roofing systems, including standing seam, R-panel, and custom metal fabrication
Work with TPO, EPDM, and other commercial roofing materials when required
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and team members
Requirements:
3+ years of commercial roofing experience, with proven skills in metal roofing
Proficiency in metal fabrication, flashing, and trim installation
Experience operating sheet metal tools and equipment
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Knowledge of other roofing systems (single-ply, built-up, modified bitumen)
