We are a fast-growing industrial printer manufacturing company located in Tempe, AZ. We design and build state-of-the-art digital printing equipment used nationwide. Our team is seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator / Industrial Maintenance Person to help us create prototype printers, repair machinery, and support daily operations in our plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication & Welding: Build, assemble, and weld components for industrial printers and production equipment.
Prototype Development: Work with our engineering team to bring new designs to life.
Industrial Maintenance: Perform welding and repair work on large machinery and plant equipment.
Painting & Finishing: Assist with painting and finishing fabricated parts as needed.
Safety & Quality: Follow all safety protocols and ensure work meets company standards.
General Support: Assist with plant maintenance, machine setup, and other fabrication tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior welding and fabrication experience (required).
Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
Experience with industrial equipment maintenance is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
