We are a small, professional team and our goal is to grow as a company. We have 2 field technicians and are looking to add a third. We meet at the owners house for payroll and to pick up parts. We primarily do home warranty calls with a few retail calls. We are currently advertising to bring more retail work and eventually plan to phase out home warranty altogether. We provide new equipment, some tools and a new van for who ever joins the team. We take care of our team with random cash bonuses, paid time off, 8 paid holidays, and new tools. we are not a big company that pushes sales. We like to work and take care of our customers in a no pressure environment. If you are looking for a sales job we are not it. We do not have an on call and we do not work weekends unless you want to.
We will pay based on experience we offer flat rate, hourly and commission.
We do repair appliances when the season slows down so we will always have hours for who ever joins. We are willing to train someone on how to repair appliances if need be
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Diagnose, repair, provide customers with proper knowledge,
Invoice for services rendered.
Knowledge of appliances is a big plus but not needed.
Able to work outdoors and tolerate temperatures above 100+ degrees for extended periods of time.
Ability to be neat and professional

Valid drivers license
epa certification
1 year experience
your own hand tools
Good work Ethic
