Total Presence Management is seeking dependable and safety-minded Bus Drivers to join our Transportation Department. This role is vital in ensuring students are transported safely to and from school and school-related activities. Drivers will receive paid CDL training and guaranteed weekly hours, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in their community while enjoying competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a school bus along assigned routes.
Transport students to and from schools and activities in a safe, professional manner.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Ensure student safety and maintain order on the bus.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
Adhere to district, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Qualifications
Must meet CDL licensing requirements (training provided).
Safe driving record with the ability to pass background and drug screening.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to student safety and professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits
$21.02 per hour
Guaranteed 30 hours per week.
