Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate delivery schedules and routes for 7 drivers across two locations
Communicate effectively with drivers, salespeople, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
Count and check plants on deliveries for accuracy and quality
Create invoices using QuickBooks and maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries
Manage issues with drivers, including blown tires and broken-down trucks
Visit multiple locations each week to assess plant quality and inventory
Assist in optimizing delivery processes for efficiency
What You Bring:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
In-depth knowledge of Phoenix and its surrounding cities
Some knowledge of plants and horticulture
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Excellent communication abilities
Experience in logistics or dispatching is a plus!
