commitment to safety. We’re looking for a Transportation Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and wants to be part of a team that keeps everything moving smoothly.Key Responsibilities:● Dispatch and coordinate drivers to ensure timely deliveries and efficient routes
● Support drivers and the transportation team with daily operational needs
● Monitor Load Boards to identify and fulfill backhaul opportunities
● Oversee day-to-day scheduling and trip assignments
● Ensure compliance with DOT regulations while promoting a culture of safety and service
excellence
● Maintain asset inventory and location status
● Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules and repairs
● Monitor GPS and fleet systems (Motive, Omni) for route progress, fuel usage, and service
hours
● Debrief drivers after routes and flag any performance or safety concerns
● Track and document overnight activity, reports, and shift handoffs
● Troubleshoot routing issues or device errors and communicate clear next stepsQualifications:● 2+ years of experience in transportation, dispatch, or logistics
● Strong written and verbal communication skills—especially under pressure
● Familiarity with dispatch and tracking systems (Motive, Truckstop, etc.)
● Confidence using Excel, Outlook, and BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot trends and resolve issues quickly
● Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
● Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
