What Will Your Job Look Like?
The Driver Onboarding Assistant focuses on ensuring a positive and efficient onboarding experience for our Independent Drivers for the MTM Phoenix and Tucson locations. The Driver Onboarding Assistant needs to be driven, innovative and customer centric.
This position is located onsite in our Phoenix office, with trips to Tucson on a as needed basis.
What You’ll Do:
Build relationships and increase outreach efforts with local organizations to increase our candidate pipeline
Work with location leaders to ensure that optimal capacity levels are being met
Support the Driver pipeline and assist with identifying and attracting talent via internal and external channels including social media
Guide new drivers through the completion of required onboarding documentation
Screen applicants for minimum qualifications and select the most appropriate
Start background checks, and confirm start dates date based on Training availability
Accurately enter all new ICs in tracking system(s) and save all required documentation into personnel files
Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring team throughout the onboarding process
Act as a Brand Ambassador and represent MTM
Adhere to all processes and procedures defined as part of the onboarding process
Travel to the Tucson office for hiring events and in person touch bases, as needed
What You’ll need:
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of customer service experience with an emphasis on customer facing interaction
Intermediate level of proficiency or above with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Even better if you have
Recruiting or sales experience strongly preferred
Must be a team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and continuously take action
Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service
Must demonstrate an ongoing positive attitude and demeanor
Act as a brand ambassador for the company

Salary Min: $17.00
Salary Max: $19.00
