Position: Logistics Coordinator Part-Time
Shift: 10 pm -5 am Monday through Thursday

Job Description:
Project Coordinators are responsible for providing administrative and organizational support within assigned projects. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues; escalate to management any issue that may cause delivery or pickup failure.
Communicate regularly with partner suppliers’ dispatchers and drivers, as well as install technicians.
Coordinate with project team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Maintain project documentation, including reports and customer correspondence. Update systems of record (Smartsheet, Excel Spreadsheets, Client Portals, etc.) in real time with accurate information
Assist the Project Manager in preparing project updates to stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers’ dispatchers on project-related matters.
Respond to client and partner inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (required) and minimum 1 year experience in project coordination, with a particular emphasis on logistics and supply chain projects (desired).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
Proficiency working in project management software as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
