Care Transit is a leader in children transportation, based in North Central Phoenix. We specialize in safely transporting homeless, foster, and special needs children to and from school and academic programs. Our mission is simple: we measure our success one child at a time!
As a driver with us, you’ll receive comprehensive training, work throughout the valley, and drive comfortable, state-of-the-art vehicles that don’t require special licenses. Plus, in most cases you can use the company vehicle for commuting from work and home, starting your route right from your doorstep!
We offer a split shift with morning and afternoon pickups and drop-offs. Drivers typically work between 20-35 hours per week, depending on assigned routes. We pay every week starting the second week of employment.

Requirements:
- Must be 25 years or older and pass a background check
- Ability to easily get in and out of vehicles and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid AZ Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- IVP Fingerprint clearance card or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance
