Basic SEO knowledge

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Analytical and multitasking skills

Experience using AI writing tools preferred

Basic Adobe Photoshop knowledge preferred

Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Specialist to join our team.

The E-Commerce Specialist will own the day-to-day management and optimization of third-party marketplaces including Amazon and eBay. This role will optimize product detail pages (PDPs) on third-party marketplaces, ensuring we're driving maximum visibility and conversions.

You will manage customer service inquiries and order processing functions.

Over time, you will take on increasing responsibilities including tasks such as inventory management, FBA shipment forecasting, maintaining P/L, and strategic planning.

Your goal will be to grow into the role of Amazon Account Manager, where you will oversee all of our Amazon functions, while reporting to the Ecommerce Manager.

Key Functions:

Enhance product listings with effective keywords, compelling product descriptions, bullet points and high-quality images/A+ Content to improve visibility and conversion rates.

Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.

Set up new items on Amazon/ Ebay, and digital assets to maintain content standards

Develop and execute strategies to improve win rates and monitor related metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and Amazon Ebay policy changes to ensure compliance and capitalize on new opportunities.

Processing seller fulfilled orders from Amazon and eBay

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and third-party ecommerce SaaS tools

Basic level understanding of operational functions associated with running a Seller Central account

Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere

Proficiency in Web Development/Creation

This will be a commission Based position. YOU HAVE UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL.
