Web Designer to work on a variety of projects involving the company's website design for many sites in Multiple Countries, development and maintenance. The position is responsible for designing the user interface and overall customer experience for our websites for enhanced use. This includes overall navigation flow, layout of specific pages, and creation of individual graphic elements. This position will primarily work in our Tempe office at 30-40 hours per week. some work available remotely.
Responsibility:
-Develop optimal information Structure of company websites.
-Customize website and landing pages.
-Front-end and back-end maintenance of website, including installing updates and fixing challenges.
-Ensure website is optimized for SEO.
-Enhance user experience and flow of site map.
-Provide strategic analysis with analytics and make recommendations to management.
-Locate, design and select appropriate content, including images, animations, music and video.
-Clear copyright for the use of any existing content.
-Ensure that all design elements, templates and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings.
-Help improve quality of websites and other electronic publications as required.
-Work with various team members and managers to design and refine graphic designs for company website.
-Provide technical solutions and troubleshoot issues as needed
-Design additional Heliocol marketing materials as needed.
-Other duties to be reviewed.
Qualifications:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visual design tools.
-Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
-Good understanding of content management systems.
-Good understanding of search engine optimization principles and Google Analytics.
-Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
-Multiple site Management and organisation.
-Ability to adapt several Languages to sites.
