Busy highway construction company seeking experienced accounting/ office manager. Construction industry experience is a must! Duties include AP/ AR, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, sales tax reporting, general ledger postings, financial statement preparation, monthly closings and job costing. Experience in payroll processing and payroll tax reporting is also required. Familiarity with employee benefit plans, such as medical and 401K is helpful. Must have strong computer skills. Hours are Monday through Thursday 7AM - 4PM and Fridays 7AM - 12PM.
