Northern Arizona Home Builder has an immediate opening for a qualified BACK END FINISHER to add to our team. We are company dedicated to the highest quality in new home construction and are looking for an individual likewise focused on a values approach to business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating and managing all current job sites. Duties include: Job Site maintenance, managing back end construction and quality control, appliance delivery, cleaning, repairs, warranty, organizing customer walk-through's and delivery of finished homes.
The position requires an individual that can provide technical direction and guidance to subcontractors, enforce company and project policies, maintain a close relationship with subcontractors and clients.
- Plans and organizes completion of projects with the company Principal.
- Is committed to high quality customer service.
- Ensures all company, client and project policies/procedures are adhered to as directed.
- Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
- Accommodate additional responsibilities as assumed through personal initiative or assigned by higher authority.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and experience in new home construction is required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessities.
