Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Golf Shop Attendant to join our team and work Saturday and Sunday Shifts. In this role, you will be the face of our golf shop, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with retail operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales transactions, restocking merchandise, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries regarding products and services.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance customer experience.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new items or promotions.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the golf shop.
Qualifications
Must have computer experience, and know your way around a computer system.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Must be able to count money and give change
Strong sales skills with an ability to engage customers effectively.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Knowledge of golf products and equipment is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation.
