We are an established, busy, HVAC company in Prescott Valley looking to fill a part time office position (8am-4pm, Monday, Wednesday & Friday, with capability of filler/backup days on Tuesday & Thursday)
Duties include:
-Answering phones
-Dispatch
-Billing/Invoicing
-Scheduling
-Scanning/Filing
-Payment processing & collecting
-Accounts receivables
-Assist with parts ordering
-Support technicians with scheduling/billing
-Process warranty claims
-Misc. daily duties
REQUIREMENTS:
-Office experience preferred, specifically HVAC and/or construction environment.
-Team Player
-Positive attitude and motivated worker
-Self starter, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced construction office setting
