Job Captain or Draftsman
This individual will be a key player for our firm. The Job Captains responsibilities include design development, producing & coordinating construction documents with the Project Architect and consultants. The Job Captain or Draftsman should have experience in commercial architecture.
Additional important preferred requirements for consideration:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture
4+ years experience including Commercial Projects
Independently perform assignments and arrive at solutions by receiving instructions on assignment objectives from Team leaders
Good team skills and work ethic
Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues
Relationship skills for clients, contractors and staff
Flexibility in assignments and team leadership
Proficient writing and verbal communication skills
AutoCAD Proficiency Mandatory
