Job Description:
Responsibilities will include design development drawings, producing & coordinating construction documents with the Principal Architect and Consultants. The Candidate should have experience in commercial architecture.
Additional important preferred requirements for consideration:
AutoCAD Proficiency Mandatory
3+ years’ experience including Commercial Projects
A strong interest in the field of Architecture and a desire to grow your skills and knowledge.
Perform assignments and arrive at solutions by receiving instructions on assignment objectives from Team leaders
Good team skills and work ethic. Opportunity for remote work.
Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues
Relationship skills for clients, Contractors and staff
Flexibility in assignments and team leadership
Proficient writing and verbal communication skills
Familiar with IBC Codes helpful.
