Rosa's Pizzeria, Prescott Valley location seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. Part-time, 20-30 hours to start with potential to grow. Good attitude and willingness to contribute to a fun, safe, positive team environment required.
Responsible for day to day operations during working days. Assist staff, greet customers, handle any customer or employee issues. Learn and be able to work all positions in the Front of House. Assist with coordinating special events/activations such as catering or other offsite events. Daily cash handling and tip distribution, other financial tasks as assigned.
Must maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation and overall upkeep of restaurant and hold others accountable to the same.
Hourly pay starting at $18 - $20 per hour based on experience with opportunity to join team bonus structure, and move to a full-time, salaried position based on individual and business performance.
