THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY! We offer a four-day work week (Thu-Sun) and FREE employee meals/beverages. This is one of the most important jobs in our restaurant, ensuring that the kitchen, servers and customers have a steady supply of clean and sanitized plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, cookware, cups and glasses. Key responsibilities include operating a commercial deli slicer and dishwashing machine; hand-washing and keeping the dishwashing area clean and orderly. Additional responsibilities include: food prep work; restock dishes, glasses, and utensils, and assist with organizing storage areas; general cleaning and janitorial duties. Physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot and damp environments required. You must have a current Arizona food handlers card or obtain one within 30 days of hire. Shift requirements are: Thu 8 AM-2 PM; Fri-Sat 8:30 AM-2 PM; Thu-Sat 4:30 PM-7:30 PM and Sunday 8:30 AM-3 PM. We are located on the north shore of Lynx Lake, just two and a half miles off Highway 69 in the Prescott National Forest.
