We are seeking an experienced, motivated, detail oriented dental front office to join our established practice in Prescott Valley. Our team strives to provide world class dentistry to our patients by getting to know them personally, customizing their treatments and establishing a trusted relationship together. The ideal candidate would be a team player willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive patient relationship.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting patients and welcoming them to our practice.
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, rescheduling as needed.
Checking patients in and out, collecting co-pay and co-insurance.
Insurance verification.
Along with other front office duties.
Dentrix experience is preferred however, we are willing to train.
