We are looking for a part time worker to help with maintenance duties. $20/hour. 8-16 hours per week, flexible schedule.
- Drug and alchohol free environment
- Must have reliable transportation during all weather conditions (Travel to 3 work locations in : PV and Prescott)
- Must have no physical limitations as the job requires climbing, lifting and working hard
Typical maintenance duties include: Interior and exterior painting, iron work grinding, sanding and painting, handyman repairs, roof light string maintenance, HVAC filter changes, swamp cooler maintenance, etc. No plumbing or electrical as those activities are done by others.
Janitorial duties include: Grounds keeping, gutter cleaning, snow removal, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms and common areas.
