We are hiring a Yard Maintenance Coordinator to maintain a commercial yard and manage inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize materials, tools, and equipment in an orderly fashion.
Track inventory and update records as needed.
The yard must be kept in pristine condition at all times.
o Dispose of trash properly as needed.
o Maintain weeds on a 1-acre parcel as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience tracking inventory and maintaining a commercial yard.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work outdoors on various tasks in different weather conditions.
Must be able to lift 90+ lb.
Background check and drug screening.
