The company has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant. This position will be monitoring the front desk and be responsible for administrative duties for the organization.
The candidate will need to have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, be a self-starter and assist with other duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Composes and types of routine correspondence.
Answer, routes, and screens telephone calls to appropriate individuals.
Support the Quality Assurance department with a variety of administrative tasks such as e-mailing documents, filing and other ad hoc responsibilities.
Greet customers and visitors.
Oversee special projects assigned and tasks necessary to keep the office running smoothly.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum three years of advanced Office Administrative experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy are mandatory skills necessary to succeed in this position.
Ability to work and manage time well with limited supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel. PowerPoint, and proprietary systems.
