Hana is on the hunt for a fluent Spanish and English Cultivation Office Manager who is passionate, professional, detail-oriented, and organized to join our team. The Cultivation Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations of our cultivation facility. The duties include communicating with department leads, relaying important information or policy updates/changes to the team. This role will ensure efficient workflow, compliance with state regulations, and effective communication with the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations within the cultivation facility, including coordination of tasks and cleanliness of facility.
Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, inventory, and compliance documentation
Participate in monthly plant audits and creating bar codes. This is not limited to creating plant manifests, lab results, label and package for shipping.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on cultivation goals and objectives.
Responsible for inventory tracking and placing orders for all departments at the cultivation.
Assist Post Harvest Lead and Nursery Lead when coverage is needed.
Sorting mail, picking up mail and packages (when necessary)
Assist with recruitment process, including candidate interview with Cultivation Director and assisting with the Facility Agent Card process.
Work closely with HR Director on work related inquiries from employees regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. This includes working directly with HR Director to respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Assist in onboarding new hires including trainings, employment paperwork, and team introductions.
Responsible for managing employee attendance and leave including timecard approvals.
Assist with uniform inventory and invoices
Responsible for maintaining Chino debit card transactions and effectively communicate with the accounting department with documentation.
Provide administrative support to Cultivation Director, team leads, and team members which may include taking phone calls and responding to emails.
Maintain compliance with all legal or company policies or regulations.

Education and Skills:
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Effective time-management skills, self-motivation and ability to multi-task.
High level of attention to detail.
Knowledge of cannabis and the cultivation process is a plus
Skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Employ a sense of urgency
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
Comply with all company policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.

At least 21 years old.
Must be bilingual; fluent in English and Spanish.
Must have valid AZ ID or U.S. passport.
Must have an active Facility Agent Card upon start date
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
