Job Description
We are seeking an energetic Shop Helper to support our busy operations. In this role, you will handle a range of tasks such as cleaning, landscape maintenance, deburring parts, and operating basic machinery. You will be a vital part of our day-to-day workflow, ensuring the shop runs efficiently and remains safe, organized, and productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in general cleaning and organizing tasks to maintain a tidy work environment
- Perform landscape maintenance on the property grounds
- Deburr metal parts and prepare them downstream processes
- Operate basic machinery under supervision
- Help move materials and finished products as needed
- Collaborate with team members and take on additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a shop, manufacturing, or construction environment preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift moderately heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tasks
- Dependable work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
