We are seeking an Accounting Office Manager! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operations as a member of the corporate team under the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the approval process of payroll and accounts payable.
Oversee the flow of cash and financial assets and accounts.
Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
Review costs for optimal budget planning
Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management, financial processes, or other related fields.
Knowledge of common accounting and financial practices
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to work under pressure
Five years proven track record BS/BA business or financial degree a plus.
Proficient in MS office, Excel, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat, as well as, Google Docs and Spreadsheets.
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications:
A High School Diploma or GED and AA business (BS or BA financial or business prefered, but not required)
Five years accounting office manager experience
A valid Arizona Driver’s License
Pass a Background and a drug test
Verified legal status to work in the United States.
