Summary: Responsible for driving membership sales, managing sales funnel, managing front desk & sales teams, and supporting member retention efforts.

Skill Sets and Qualifications:

Proven B2C sales experience with a positive track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Familiarity with sales strategies, including but not limited to lead generation, cold calling, social media campaigns, upselling and cross-selling.

3-5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field required.

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field preferred.

Ideal DISC Profile: High 'D' and 'I'

Dominance for driving sales, setting goals, and being result-oriented.

Influence for persuasive sales skills and building rapport with prospects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Process Management: Responsible for all lead engagement and follow-up. This includes following all Freedom Performance's S.O.P.'s and tracking each type of lead through our proven Sales Process from "Lead" to "Referral."

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Introduces existing members to additional services or classes, premium membership tiers, or other add-ons that might enhance their experience.

Referral Programs: Promote any referral programs, encouraging existing members to bring friends or family.

Membership Sales: Spearheads the efforts to bring in new members, which involves offering tours, handling free sessions, and explaining membership packages.

Retention Support: Support relationships with existing members, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns they might have.

Outreach & Events: Engage with the local community through events, health fairs, or partnerships to increase the gym's visibility.

Event-Based Sales: Promote special events, workshops, or group training sessions that might bring in potential members for trials, ultimately converting them to full-time members.

Feedback Loop: Acts as a bridge between the members/clients and the operations team, gathering feedback and relaying it back to improve services.

Front Desk Team Management: Lead our front desk team, fostering an environment of excellence in customer service. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring the team is motivated, efficient, and delivering on our promise of exceptional client experiences.

Sales Team Management: Drive sales performance by holding the team accountable to company goals, analyzing performance data, and implementing improvements to achieve sales targets. Your hands-on approach will ensure our sales strategies are effectively executed across the board.

CRM Client Account Coordination Management: Ensures all CRM Accounts are set up and maintained properly with notes, demographic info, tags, etc.
