Northline Roofing LLC, a well established local roofing company, is seeking entry level and intermediate Sales Specialists to join our team.
As a Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with homeowners and contractors. Your role will involve everything from acquiring new customers to educating them about our exceptional products. You will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our company.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and people skills.
Utilize customer service and negotiation skills to close sales.
Demonstrate self-motivation, trustworthiness, and accountability while working independently.
Proficient at time management.
Ability to speak with exceptional communication presentation skills. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Sales experience and roofing knowledge is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person and give you the tools you need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Tasks include customer acquisitions, education, and product demonstrations.
Maintain meticulous and detailed records, including notes, contact information, and daily work interactions.
Making initial contact with potential customers and building rapport.
Present effectively to individuals and groups, demonstrating product use and educating customers.
Oversee and manage customer relationships, from beginning to end.
Excel at independent and efficient work.
Exemplify trustworthiness and accountability.
Compensation:
This position is commission based only
$100,000.00 potential a year for the right person.
