30 minutes between each session. No rush room turnovers or back-to-back burnout.

We are open Mon-Sat from 8am-6pm.
Continuing Education support – up to $500/year. We are committed to your growth.

Compensation
Pay Range: $25-$30/per hour session (based on experience + performance)
Gratuities: 100% go to you
Commission: $20 for Zen Hot Stone Massage
What We Provide
All supplies: hydraulic tables, linens, lotion, oils, hot towels/stones, and misc. equipment.
All Marketing: Client marketing across our digital platforms and print.

Ideal Candidate Has
Arizona Massage License (in good standing)
Liability insurance
Strong skills in Swedish and deep tissue
Passion for helping others and communicating with care
Physical stamina and professionalism
Responsibilities
Deliver client-focused massage sessions using your trained modalities
Maintain a clean, welcoming treatment space
Complete SOAP notes after each session
Greet/check-out clients if receptionist is unavailable
