I am looking for somebody to rent my space Monday - Thursday. Must be in the same type of field industry such as aesthetician, spray tan artist, lash tech, piercer, makeup artist, massage therapist, Rekki, permanent jewelry etc. You are not my employee, and this is not commission based, you are your own independent contractor and rent my space with your own business, licensing and insurance. Rent due on the 1st of every month, sub lease agreement will be held for a month-to-month basis. Call or txt with more details or questions!
